We take pride in preparing a breakfast that brings harmony to your health and nutrition by perfectly balancing five flavors and five colors.

The fundamental principles of traditional Japanese dietary wellness are beautifully arranged within a two-tiered bento box made of Odate Magewappa (traditional bentwood craft), a proud traditional craft of Akita Prefecture.

Served with rice and warm soup, it is a simple yet truly luxurious Japanese-style breakfast.

You are welcome to dine at nearby restaurants. Alternatively, our inn features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to enjoy cooking your own meals using our curated selection of specialty seasonings from Akita.

Note: We strive to source our seasonings and beverages directly from local producers here in Akita Prefecture whenever possible. These items are also available for purchase at the coworking space operated by our company. If you find a flavor you love, please feel free to purchase some to take home!
